Lang & Schwander's New Project: Tides Inn

Tides Inn is one of Lang & Schwander’s more recent construction and furnishing projects, located in the seaside town of Lauderdale by the Sea. This art deco-style boutique hotel is scheduled to open in time for Florida’s high season early 2013, and is a perfect example of the turn-key furnishing solutions that Lang & Schwander offers. The project scope encompasses architecture and engineering, a full renovation of the current building, as well as the complete FF&E package. We are honored to be collaborating with interior designer Alejandro Barrios, who designed the famous Miami-based restaurant Juvia, thus ensuring that the Tides Inn will exceed all expectations of future guests.
